She loves to sit on them and tickle them.

Gage, Gavin and Lillie love to wrestle. the boys are starting to learn to hold their own with Lil but still she is a little bit better at it. I love watching them "wrestle" and play together. It will be so much fun this summer when the boys can run and keep up with her.

Gage and Gavin are learning to eat with spoons. Usually they just like to hold the spoon in their hands and feed themselves with the other hand. It is so funny to watch. I am amazed at how much food they actually get into their mouths.

READING and PLAYING

This is a scene we find many days at our house. Lillie and Gavin sitting on the bed reading with Gage on the floor, toys and books spread everywhere. Lillie loves to "read" to her brothers and we spend alot of time everyday reading. Lillie recently started to enjoy the Library and would like to go everyday. I am greatful that my kids love books and love to read. I really love that they like to do it together!!!

PAINTING FINGERNAILS

Lillie loves to have her fingernails painted. She has turned out to be a girly girl. One day after I finished painting her nails she informed me that it was my turn to have my fingers painted. After it did look like a 2 year old had painted them but it was still fun to see the joy in her eyes.

They sure love thier Grandma!!

Lillie, Gage, and Gavin really love their Grandma. There is a mad dash when she comes over to our house. They race to see who can get to her first. This year has been especially tough for her and they have kept her spirits up to get through her chemo. I am very grateful for the bond they have with her nothing can take that special place that they hold for her and she holds for them. We are excited for the new cousin,Sierra to get here so she can learn what an amazing Grandma she has. We all love her!!!

Gavin

One of Gavins favorite things lately is to go into Lillie's room and sit on her bed until someone comes and looks at him. I have found him looking at books, playing with toys and just looking mischievious.

Gavin was eating the doll. Everything goes in this kids mouth.

SNOW DAY!!!!!

We had a day of alot of snow so I bundled the kids up and headed outside on the sled. They were not quite sure about it at first but they were having a great time by the end. Lillie had thrown snow onto Gage. He was not impressed!

We need a bigger sled or just maybe 2 of them.

Lillie was not happy about the boys leaning back on her. but we figured it out. NExt year 2 sleds!

CHRISTMAS 2009

The kids had a great time on Christmas morning. Lillie really understood what it was about this year.. We have tried very hard to teach her what the TRUE meaning of Christmas is and she would tell people that she had decorated a pretty tree for Jesus. ( not something we taught her, she came up with that on her own, it was kind of sweet to hear her say that). She was very excited to open her presents. She loved the fact that her stocking was full of chocolate and had an orange in it. She also enjoyed the stocking because that is what Santa brings to our house, is the stuff in the stockings. When Lillie came out of her room on Christmas morning she looked at her baby crib and said "Daddy what is this" daniel said "your baby crib" and she said "COOL"

GAGE AND GAVIN'S 1st Birthday

Gage and Gavin turned 1 on Dec 19th and they had a great time digging into their cakes and celebrating with friends and family. We feel so blessed to have them in our family and home. they really light up the room when they come in. Gavin was a little timid with his cake. I have to admit he is the more cautious and cleaner one.

Gage just dug right in. That is how he lives a little on the wild side.

Gavin was horrified to have just a little frosting on him.
